Bean Sprout Namul Recipe

Ingredients

Bean sprouts1 pack (about 200g)
● Chicken stock granules1 tsp (plus more as needed)
● Sesame seeds (crush by hand or grind)About 1 tsp
● Sesame oilAbout 1.5 tsp
● SaltTo taste
PepperOptional

Instructions

  • Boil 1 liter of water with a pinch of salt (about 1/2 tsp).
  • Rinse the bean sprouts with water.
  • Once the water is boiling, add the bean sprouts and boil for 1–2 minutes. Drain well.
  • While hot, transfer to a bowl and mix with all seasonings (marked ●).
  • Taste and adjust with extra salt or pepper if needed.
