Carrots come in all shapes and sizes, don’t they?
These amounts are just a guide—start light, then taste and adjust if needed!
Instructions
STEP
Wash and peel the carrot
Rinse the carrot lightly and cut off both ends. Use a peeler to remove the skin.
Tip: It’s easier to peel if you first make one round with the peeler around the top of the carrot—this helps the blade grip better and makes peeling smoother!
STEP
Cut into thin strips
Cut the carrot into manageable lengths (about 3 to 4 sections). Place the flat side down for stability, and slice into your desired thinness.
※You can also use a slicer or julienne peeler!
STEP
Sauté the carrot
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add about 1 teaspoon of oil (not included in ingredient list). Add the carrot and stir-fry until it’s lightly tender and coated with oil.
