Nice to meet you,
and thank you so much for taking the time to visit my site♪
I used to be terrible at cooking, but I deliberately threw myself into learning from scratch and had professional chefs drill their know-how into me. That’s how I became a former professional cook.
Now, I continue cooking every day as a mother of two.
I used to share recipes before, but with work keeping me busy, I had to take a break.
Then in 2025, the recipe-sharing site I had been using shut down…
Around that time, my child said, “Mom, please make sure we can still see your recipes!”
That one little comment became the reason I started this site.
My recipes may not be as glamorous or innovative as those of famous culinary creators.
But what I truly want to share are recipes that beginners can make again and again—recipes that make you think, “Hey, I’m actually getting better at cooking♪”
I’ll be posting slowly at my own pace, but each recipe will be made with care.
I hope you enjoy them, and thank you for being here.

The recipes on this site are the ones we make at the Pon Kuma household.
Many recipes are set up with tabs on each page so you can switch between views.
- For a quick glance: Recipes with just the ingredients and simple steps.
- For beginners: Recipes that explain the cooking process and tips in detail.
I also plan to gradually share recipes for the children’s favorite dishes, as well as some of the home-cooked flavors my own mother has been making for years.
Please note: Taste preferences vary from household to household, so feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your own liking.
